While many roofing issues can be resolved or avoided by carrying out regular maintenance and timely repairs, it’s inevitable that a roof will need to be replaced at some point. Sometimes it has come to the end of its serviceable life or become damaged over a long period of time.
We’ll inspect the roof system to assess its current condition and determine the level of replacement work that’s required through intrusive core testing.
Once we’ve established the status of the roof, we’ll work with our manufacturing partners to provide a full specification to rectify the issues identified. We then provide a photographic report giving you an in-depth analysis of our findings and a remedy.

It’s crucial that the new roof is installed properly to perform well and last a long time. All new roofs come with a manufacturer’s product guarantee of up to 20 years.

Working at height has its own set of regulations due to the risky nature of the job. We comply with the Work at Height Regulations 2005 and adhere to all of the guidance provided to ensure the safety of everyone involved with the project.
