Facade Maintenance

Facade Maintenance

First impressions matter. The facade is the face of any building and its appearance is important in making the right impression. It’s also the first line of defence against the elements, preventing water ingress and maintaining the performance of any structure.

TEAM carries out all forms of facade maintenance to keep your building looking and performing as it should. Whether the facade consists of single-skin sheeting, composite panels or decorative rain screens, we make sure it is weather tight and in good condition. We maintain and replace cladding panels, soffits, fascia’s and flashings as part of any planned or emergency maintenance work.

As approved installers for Ash & Lacy, Kingspan, Sotech and TATA, we work with the most popular cladding products and finishes, including:

  • Aluminium Rainscreens
  • Brick slip systems
  • Composite panels
  • Flat panel laminate
  • Natural stone

With a strong focus on technical excellence, all our repair work complies with the latest regulations. We follow the guidance set out by the Health and Safety Executive’s Health and Safety in Construction with specific focus on Section 3: Working at Height, The Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER), and Technical Note 97 - Selection of Access Equipment for Facade Maintenance from the Centre for Window and Cladding Technology (CWCT). We also comply with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM 2015) legal requirement to assess the risk from working at height and provide a custom set of Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) for each project.

All our repairs meet the relevant manufacturer’s guidance and British Standards and include a 24-month workmanship guarantee.
